30-Day Hassle-Free Returns

All products purchased directly from OC9 Insoles via OC9Insoles.com can be returned for any reason within 30 days of original delivery date of the product.

Once we receive your return, please allow us 2-3 business days to process your return, then an additional 5-7 business days for your refund to process back to your original form of payment. We do not charge restocking fees for returns.

Any items marked "Final Sale" or otherwise indicated to be non-returnable or sold on an all-sales-final basis may not be returned. Final Sale items returned to us will be discarded without any refund or store credit being processed, and the item will not be returned to you.

Please note that OC9 Insoles products purchased from other retailers should be returned to the original retailer of purchase. We are unable to process any refunds or exchanges for products purchased at other retailers.

180-Day Manufacturer Warranty

All OC9 Insoles products are guaranteed to be free of major defects that would render the product unusable for up to 180 days after purchase. We extend this warranty to all products purchased directly from OC9Insoles.com as well as from any authorized retail partners. For a list of our authorized retail partners, see our list here:

We do require both your defective item and original purchase receipt to be returned directly to us for inspection prior to a replacement item being sent. Your original purchase receipt should include the original purchase date. For instructions on mailing your defective item to us, see our instructions here:

Upon receipt and inspection of your defective item, we will promptly send a replacement of the item via expedited shipping to you at no cost.

Refunds, Store Credit, and Exchanges

For returns that comply with our 30-day return policy, we will issue a full refund for the returned item(s) to the original payment method used to place your order. Please note that we are unable to issue a refund to an alternate payment method for any reason. In the event that we cannot issue a refund to your original payment method, we will instead issue store credit for your return.

OC9Insoles.com does not process exchanges. Instead, in the event that you wish to exchange an item, we ask that you return your original item and place a new order for the new item of your choice.
