Shipping policy

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states as well as the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, as well as Canada.

Shipping Options

Standard shipping is expected to arrive within 3-5 days of order fulfillment Expedited shipping is expected to arrive within 2-3 days of order fulfillment.

Please note that we are currently unable to offer an expedited shipping option to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.

We also support shipping to Canada. Please note that at this time we are unable to offer free shipping on any orders shipping outside the U.S.. Estimated arrival for international shipments vary, but we expect orders to be delivered anywhere from 5-7 days after being shipped.

Please note for international shipments that we send packages duties and dues unpaid. This means that you will be responsible for any duties and taxes associated with the import and delivery of your order.

Free Standard Shipping

The cost of Standard Shipping will be free for all orders shipping within the United States with a subtotal of $25.00 or greater.

Order Fulfillment

All orders are expected to ship within 24 hours after being placed. Please note that we only ship Monday-Friday. Orders placed Friday afternoon, during the weekend, or on a holiday, will be shipped the following business day.

Order Cancellations, Modifications, & Shipping Changes

Please note that your order will be sent to our fulfillment team as soon as the order is placed and approved. In the event that you need to cancel or modify your order, including changes to shipping method or shipping address, we'll do our best to find and hold the order until the requested changes can be made. However, we cannot guarantee that we'll be able to do so, especially during heavy-volume periods.
